1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the
Indian Contract Act, 1872 to place an order. Minors may use the website only under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
2. Your Account
- You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.
- Please provide accurate and complete name, phone, email and delivery address details.
- We may suspend or close accounts that provide false information or misuse the website.
3. Products and Colours
- We make every effort to display our sarees and ethnic wear accurately. Actual colours may vary slightly due to lighting, photography and screen settings.
- Handloom and silk products may have minor irregularities in weave, dye or motif. These are natural characteristics of handcrafted products and are not defects.
- All products are subject to availability. We may discontinue or limit quantities of any product at any time.
4. Pricing
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Prices and offers may change without notice. The price applicable is the one shown at the time you place your order.
- If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical or typographical error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
5. Orders
- An order is confirmed only after you receive an order confirmation. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
- We may cancel an order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud or an unserviceable delivery address. Any amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.
6. Payments
- We accept online payments (UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking and wallets) through our secure payment partner Razorpay, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
- For COD orders, please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery. We may disable COD for certain pincodes, order values or customers with repeated refused deliveries.
- We are not responsible for failures or delays caused by your bank or the payment gateway. If money is debited but the order is not confirmed, it is usually auto-reversed by your bank within 5–7 working days.
7. Coupons and Offers
- Coupons are subject to their stated conditions such as minimum order value, validity and usage limits.
- Only one coupon can be applied per order. Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash.
- We may withdraw any offer or cancel orders where coupons are misused.
8. Shipping and Delivery
- We currently deliver within India. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, courier delays, weather, festivals or other events beyond our control.
- Please check the package at the time of delivery. Do not accept a parcel that is visibly damaged or tampered with.
- Risk of loss passes to you on delivery of the product to the address you provided.
9. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our
Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including the Sumangali Silks name, logo, product photographs, designs, text and graphics,
belongs to Sumangali Silks and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use any content for commercial
purposes without our prior written permission.
11. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
- Place fake orders or repeatedly refuse COD deliveries.
- Attempt to hack, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems.
- Post false, abusive or misleading content, reviews or messages.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sumangali Silks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss
arising from the use of this website or our products. Our total liability for any order shall not exceed the amount
you paid for that order.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
courts in India where our business is located. We encourage you to contact us first so that we can resolve any issue amicably.
14. Invoices and Taxes
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees. Applicable GST is included or shown at checkout as indicated on the product and invoice.
A tax invoice is issued for confirmed orders and may be shared by email or made available with your order details.
15. Reviews and Feedback
If you submit a review, photo or message, you confirm it is your own, is truthful and does not infringe anyone else's rights.
We may publish, edit or remove reviews that are abusive, misleading or unrelated to the product.
16. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including courier disruptions, natural events, strikes, government restrictions, or outages of payment, internet or hosting services.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the
website after changes means you accept the revised terms.
